Turret Operator

The Turret Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC punching machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. This role involves preparing and loading sheet stock, selecting and installing tooling, programming CNC instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met. The operator will also perform routine maintenance and inspections, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Prepare and load sheet stock into PX/Strippit CNC punching machine.
• Select and install appropriate tooling and dies based on job requirements.
• Program or verify CNC instructions for part profiles.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet dimensional and quality standards.
