Tutor - High School Calculus, Physics, Chemistry & Biology

Each spring, we begin planning for our hiring needs for the coming school year. THESE OPENINGS ARE NOT AVAILABLE NOW!

The key attributes we look for are the following:

1. Thoroughly proficient in the subject being taught. (High school students will bring in the topic of the day and tutors need to be comfortable enough to jump in and help the student regardless of where they are in the syllabus.)

2. Have the ability to break down the skills being studied and explain them in a way that will make sense to a high school student (as opposed to a 3rd or 4th year university student).

3. Have a great sense of humour and enjoy working with teenagers.

4. A willingness to commit to working through to the end of JUNE as that is when the students are taking exams and need their tutors the most.
