Shaw Industries is hiring a Process Engineer to provide technical support to the Twisting and Heatset Departments.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to manufacturing department managers and supervisors.
Provide technical support to Twisting/Heatset Department to improve processes and quality.
Attend meetings as needed and interface with all plant management.
Ensure compliance with contractor safety program.
Champion six sigma efforts for Twisting and Heatset Departments including black belt support, data analysis, scheduling meetings, savings calculations, reporting, Powersteering updates, and drive improvement etc.
Champion technical writing for Twisting and Heatset Departments including SMS procedures, Brady Lockout procedures, etc.
