Type Certification Engineer for Airbus Derivatives Programmes

Job Description:

As a team member within the certification and airworthiness office for Airbus Derivatives, your main responsibilities and functions will be:

• Establish the applicable certification basis for the air system type certification and major changes;
• Establish the air system certification plans and prepare the relevant documentation;
• Coordinate with technical organisations the progress of activities related to Airworthiness;
• Present and discuss with the Airworthiness Authorities on the certification plans and means of compliance with applicable certification requirements;
• Centralise and control the necessary documentation for the certification of products and modifications;
• Evaluate and verify during the whole design phase the compliance with the applicable airworthiness requirements;
