Hi,
I am looking for someone based in UAE (Dubai) to assist me with sourcing talents for my agency.
You would be responsible for researching, sourcing, pre-qualifying potential talents. And manage listing on online recruiting platforms if needed.
We would work together on finalising the full job description. I would make the final hiring call and evaluation once you have qualified a few talents.
The profiles researched are:
- e-commerce graphic designer (UX/UI)
- email marketing expert (using Klaviyo)
- SEO & GEO expert
This is to start but we would proceed one by one.
I would manage all contracts and hiring process.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
