1. Develop baseline project schedules using Primavera P6.

Schedule performance monitoring is essential for ensuring timely completion of projects. This includes identifying critical paths, analyzing dependencies between tasks, and managing resource allocation efficiently.
You must have experience with schedule risk analysis tools like Primavera Risk Analysis or other similar software products as part of your skillset.
