Overview
Whitecliff Consulting is currently expanding its team and seeking an HR Administrator for their Dubai office. This vacancy is currently closed/suspended.
Responsibilities- Manage the full spectrum of HR administration in the UAE, including payroll calculation, visa and insurance handling, employment documentation, and local HR policy development.
- Ensure all HR processes run smoothly and in compliance with UAE labor laws, supporting both operational needs and strategic HR initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or payroll-focused role in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, payroll practices, and document workflows.
- Experience with visa and insurance processes in the UAE.
