UAT Batch Operator (Metacloud)

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor all UAT batch flow processing and ensure timely completion of endpoints/milestones.
• Perform level 1 support and resolution for batch issues in the environment.
• Identify delays or bottlenecks and resolve or elevate accordingly.
• Work in shifts, provide handover to the next shift according to guidelines.
• Monitor real time performance of the UAT computing environment.
• Track and document all outages and incidents.
• Generate batch status reports and distribute to end-users.
• Broadcast environment readiness status to internal customers (within IT department).
