For our client, an international insurance company in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated and open-minded
UAT / Change Manager - AI-Application
The role is to perform UAT management and then change management for a new AI-based application which is being built to support Commercial Insurance Underwriting. It aims to transform the underwriting process by providing insights on policy wordings to underwriters.
Your Tasks:
Provide effective testing and change management support for the continued development, UAT
and phased rollout of Policy IQ in 2026, supporting with the following (in no particular order)
Communication of Policy IQ capabilities and roadmap to all countries
Planning and communicating the testing and rollout plan (in presentation format) to inscope countries
Collating testing feedback from UWs in BUs to inform further enhancement of Policy IQ
