About the Role

we are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential data‑entry, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination support to our global Logistics organization.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and quality of UAT workflows by uploading and managing test cases within Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).


The position will initially focus on supporting the APAC region, with responsibilities expanding to EMEA , requiring flexibility to work across multiple time zones.

Key countries to support will be greater China for APAC , and the Western Europe region as well as South Africa for EMEA.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative capability, familiarity with ADO , and an interest in supply chain or digital transformation environments.


Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain UAT test cases in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) according to established templates and procedures .

• Collate and maintain UAT documentation provided by 3rd party Logistics providers on SharePoint site.

• Ensure accurate documentation of test results, defects, and testing evidence with alignment between SharePoint site and ADO .

• Partner with regional Logistics teams to organize, prepare, and validate test materials ahead of UAT cycles.

• Support the execution and monitoring of test scripts, ensuring data completeness and timely updates in ADO.

• Coordinate with functional experts across APAC and EMEA, both inside of pharma and with our 3rd party providers, to update or clarify test case requirements.

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Logistics program team, including scheduling, document preparation, and status tracking.

• Identify opportunities to streamline data entry or documentation processes.


Required Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

• Strong administrative or data‑entry experience with excellent attention to detail.

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) — especially uploading work items/test cases.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).

• Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and adjust working hours to overlap with APAC and EMEA as needed.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver accurate work under deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or software implementation cycles.

• Background in Supply Chain or Logistics environments.

• Familiarity with project governance, workflow management tools, or structured testing methodologies.

• Previous experience working in a multinational corporation or global team structure, including collaboration with 3rd party service providers.
