Role Overview The UAT Manager ensures the quality and reliability of technology products delivered across applications, middleware, and infrastructure. This role leads the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), driving automation, innovation, and continuous improvement. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement best-in-class testing strategies for complex solutions across multiple platforms.
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans for infrastructure, middleware, data, and applications in various environments.
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium Java/Cucumber frameworks and CI/CD pipelines and REST Assured
- Drive adoption of AI-driven automation strategies and tools within SDLC.
