Job Description

Responsibilities



  • Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, business process validation, and acceptance criteria.

  • Proficient in test case design, traceability to business requirements, and defect lifecycle management.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication—able to align business, product, and engineering.

  • Ability to plan and run structured UAT cycles under tight timelines, with clear status reporting.

  • Proven experience with Azure DevOps Work Items and Boards

  • Familiarity with test automation strategies for CX and performance/volume testing for calls.

  • Experience with contact center platforms (Contact Centre (CCaaS) and Copilot Service Workspace (CSW)) and telephony concepts (IVR).
