Job Description
Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, business process validation, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficient in test case design, traceability to business requirements, and defect lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication—able to align business, product, and engineering.
- Ability to plan and run structured UAT cycles under tight timelines, with clear status reporting.
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps Work Items and Boards
- Familiarity with test automation strategies for CX and performance/volume testing for calls.
- Experience with contact center platforms (Contact Centre (CCaaS) and Copilot Service Workspace (CSW)) and telephony concepts (IVR).
