Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement UAV autonomy algorithms for path planning, obstacle avoidance, and basic collaborative behaviors using VIO and SLAM-based approaches.
- Integrate and test perception and navigation algorithms in simulation and real flight environments.
- Work closely with embedded, avionics, and systems teams to ensure seamless integration of robotics algorithms with UAV hardware.
- Perform debugging, tuning, and performance optimization of robotics software during bench tests and field trials.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, including system architecture, algorithm flow, test results, and integration notes.
- Support continuous improvement of UAV autonomy features based on test feedback and operational requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in robotics, UAV systems, or autonomous platforms.
- Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of Lua scripting.
