Role : UCCE Engineer

Summary :

We’re looking for a seasoned UCCE Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. If you have strong hands-on experience with Cisco Contact Center Enterprise components and a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences, this opportunity is for you!

Location: Bangalore/Pune

Experience: 5–10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate – 60 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure UCCE components including ICM, CVP, CUIC, Finesse, CCMP, VVB, CUSP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient call flows
• Provide consulting and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UCCE components and deployments
• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to high-level architecture planning

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in installation and configuration of UCCE components
• Strong consulting skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Basic troubleshooting and design knowledge of UCCE components and call flows

Good-to-Have Skills:

• High-level design understanding of UCCE architecture
• In-depth knowledge of CVP deployment model call flows
