We are a performance-driven creative agency based in New Delhi. We produce high-converting UGC ads for top D2C brands and we are obsessed with one thing content that stops the scroll and makes people buy.

Who We’re Looking For:
Not someone who vaguely “likes content”. We want someone who thinks in visuals, aesthetics and storytelling . Someone who watches a reel and instinctively notices the angle, lighting, pacing, hook, camera movement and delivery .

Role & Responsibilities:
You will work directly with the Creative & Production team to:
• Convert creative concepts into storyboards and shot breakdowns
• Participate and assist in UGC ad shoots for D2C brands
• Guide actors/creators on delivery, expressions and the tone of the script
• Direct the DOP on angles, framing, aesthetics and pacing to match the storyboard
• Coordinate onboarding of actors/creators for shoots
• Collaborate with video editors to ensure the final output aligns with the storyboard and marketing objective
- You are expected to understand how a video sells, not just how it looks.

What You Will Learn in 3–6 Months?
• Script writing and storyboarding for UGC ads
• Managing and directing production on shoot days
• Visual psychology for hooks, retention and conversions
• Working with actors, creators, DOPs and editors
• Structuring reels and ads that grab attention and drive action
