We are seeking an experienced React UI Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable user interfaces for modern web applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in React, strong UI/UX sensibilities, and a proven track record of delivering performant, maintainable front-end solutions in complex environments. Responsibilities include designing and developing responsive, high-performance applications; building reusable components and libraries; translating UI/UX designs and business requirements into clean, efficient code; and optimizing for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. This role collaborates closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, contributes to front-end architecture decisions, and participates in technical design discussions. The developer will mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, ensure best practices in state management and component design, write unit and integration tests for UI reliability, and participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and estimation.

Skills and Requirements
• 8–10 years of experience in front-end or UI development
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with modern React features: Hooks, Context, and functional components
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux
• Strong experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with React frameworks such as Next.js
• Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra)
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and optimization tools
• Experience working on large-scale applications
• Android Native experience is a plus
