**Experience:**
+ **Total:** 3-12 years in UiPath development
+ **Agentic AI:** Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design, develop, and deploy **UiPath automation solutions** leveraging **Agentic AI capabilities** for dynamic decision-making and adaptive workflows.
+ Integrate **AI-driven agents** into existing RPA processes to enhance automation intelligence and autonomy.
+ Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to identify opportunities for **agent-based automation** .
+ Optimize workflows for scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime.
**Required Skills:**
+ Strong proficiency in **UiPath Studio** , **Orchestrator** , and **UiPath AI Center** .
+ Hands-on experience with **Agentic AI frameworks** and **autonomous agents** within UiPath ecosystem.
+ Knowledge of **AI/ML concepts** , **prompt engineering** , and **context-aware automation** .
+ Familiarity with **API integrations** , **document understanding** , and **AI-powered decision-making** .
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
**Preferred:**
+ **UiPath certifications (Advanced RPA Developer, AI Center Specialist).**
+ Exposure to **GenAI models** and **LLM-based automation** .
