detail-oriented and business-focused UIPath Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide automation initiatives for a leading retail/manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, document business requirements, and support the delivery of intelligent automation solutions.

Business Analysis:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities across retail and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct process discovery, feasibility analysis, and ROI assessments to prioritize automation use cases.
• Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) and assist in Solution Design Documents (SDDs) with technical teams.
