Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user journeys and clean interface designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-centric UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Good understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and interaction design
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive designs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
