Skills we look for Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for websites, dashboards, and responsive digital products. Conduct research, benchmarking, and usability testing to define user pain points and improve experience. Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive UI layouts. Create high-fidelity interfaces with strong visual storytelling, typography, spacing, and component clarity. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams for smooth execution. Implement AI-based design tools or automation to accelerate workflows and enhance design output. Ensure brand consistency across product experiences, visual systems, and communication touchpoints. Hands-on experience in UI/UX design for websites and digital products. Strong visualisation skills: layout, composition, grids, colour theory, typography. Proficiency in interaction design, micro-interactions, and prototyping. Software expertise: Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (bonus: After Effects). Experience in AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALLE, etc.) is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and design rationale presentation skills.
