We are modernizing our flagship cloud-hosted (OCI) application, BADGE, from its current desktop version to a web-based version. Need to be able to understand the code in the current desktop application to migrate to the new web-based application. You will be working closely with our lead developers to take ownership of a given module and provide guidance to the other contractors.
