Your Mission
Design the Experience of AI-Enabled Product Intelligence.
As a UI/UX Designer at Rapidflare, you will shape how customers interact with advanced technical knowledge, guided product selection, AI-powered reasoning, and multi-agent intelligence. You’ll translate complex workflows into intuitive, elegant interfaces that feel effortless for OEMs, distributors, sales teams, and engineering users. If you love solving deep, system-level design challenges and enjoy working closely with product, engineering, and customer teams, this role will give you incredible ownership and impact.
What You’ll Do
Design & Product Experience.
● Design intuitive UIs for web, dashboards, and AI-driven workflows.
● Simplify complex tasks into clear, usable interactions.
● Produce wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished UI.
Research & Insight Gathering.
● Understand workflows through customer and internal team collaboration.
● Convert insights into actionable design solutions.
Collaboration & Delivery.
● Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.
● Contribute to the evolving design system and maintain cross-platform consistency.
AI Interaction Design.
● Design conversational and agent-driven interaction flows.
● Develop patterns that improve explainability, trust, and accuracy for AI experiences.
● Shape emerging workflows for product selection, support, and proposals.
Who You Are
● 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating clarity of thought, clean execution, and the ability to simplify complexity.
● Comfortable designing for data-heavy workflows, dashboards, or multi-step journeys.
● Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and presenting your work clearly.
● Familiarity with modern design tools (Figma preferred).
● Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments where ambiguity is normal.
● Bonus: Experience working with AI products, conversational interfaces, technical domains, or knowledge-heavy workflows.
