UI/UX Designer Job at LHH in Dallas

LHH is currently recruiting a UI/UX Designer for a permanent opportunity with our client in Dallas, TX. The role is fully onsite at the client’s office.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.


• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product managers, developers, and other designers—to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.


• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.


• Create user flows, storyboards, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.


• Maintain consistency in visual elements and branding across all digital platforms.


• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest UI/UX best practices, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.


• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.


• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to work fully onsite at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
