Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior UI/UX Designer to elevate our digital presence and drive impactful customer experiences. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing Quantiphiβs website UI/UX, ensuring seamless integration with our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, and ultimately contributing to increased customer acquisition and satisfaction. You will be a key player in creating user-centered designs that reflect our innovative AI-driven solutions and resonate with our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
β Strategic UI/UX Development -
β Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and visually compelling UI/UX
solutions for our website and digital platforms, aligning with Quantiphiβs brand
and business objectives.
β Lead the design and implementation of
user-centered experiences that support our ABM strategies, ensuring seamless
integration between website interactions and targeted campaigns.
β ABM Campaign Integration -
β Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand ABM campaign
goals and translate them into effective UI/UX designs.
β Design landing pages and interactive elements that optimize lead capture and
conversion within ABM campaigns.
β User Research and Analysis -
β Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user
behavior and identify areas for improvement.
β Utilize insights to inform design decisions and continuously optimize the user
experience.
- Design System Management:
β Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency
and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
β Create detailed design documentation, including style guides and design
specifications.
β Collaboration and Communication -
β Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to
ensure seamless implementation of designs.
β Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and
non-technical audiences.
β Innovation and Trend Awareness -
β Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices,
particularly within the IT/AI sector.
β Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our digital experiences and drive
innovation.
Skills/Background:
β 3 to 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within an agency or in-house at an IT/AI services company.
β Proven experience designing and developing responsive web applications with a strong focus on user experience and conversion optimization.
β Expertise in design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
β Strong understanding of HTML/CSS is highly desirable.
β Experience with integrating UI/UX design with marketing automation platforms and ABM strategies is a significant plus.
β Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
β A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web applications.
β Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
β Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
