About the Role

Your impact & Key Responsibilities: As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to bring smart, elegant solutions to life, from first wireframe to final pixel. You will play a key role in shaping digital experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and impactful. Bring your creativity to a team that values ownership, autonomy, and innovation. Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for web-based portals used by customers, partners, and administrators.
• Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with developers to implement and refine designs.
• Ensure consistency in visual design and user experience across all platforms.
• Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and UI kits.
• Identify opportunities for improving the user experience.

Your Profile

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating web application design.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong skills in visual design and branding.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript; hands-on coding experience is a plus.
• Experience in B2B software or telecommunication platforms and Agile development environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
