We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher & Designer to drive the evolution of our Portal through user-centred research and design. This on-site position in Bratislava offers the opportunity to shape experiences that directly impact our users while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Research & Analysis

  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct UX research activities to support the continuous evolution of the Portal
  • Collect user needs and expectations using qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, user interviews, usability testing, and observational studies
  • Analyse and synthesise research data into clear UX findings, evidence-based recommendations, and outcome reports
