Role: Recruiter - Global Talent Acquisition Group – UK

Location: Chennai (Thoraipakkam)

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days work from office

Shift: 9 hours between 12 PM to 11 PM

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and internal database.
• Schedule interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit.
