UK - On-Site Manager

The position:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced On-Site Manager to oversee the recruitment and management of a large, temporary workforce at our client site. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the client, managing a team of coordinators, ensuring smooth payroll operations, and delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet customer expectations. Role of an On-Site Manager:

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key client stakeholders.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing consistent, proactive communication and addressing any concerns promptly.

Act as the main point of contact between the client and the agency, ensuring client needs are understood and met.
