Role Overview
The Payroll Advisor will assist in delivering accurate and timely payroll services for UK employees. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with basic payroll knowledge or administrative experience who is keen to develop expertise in UK payroll legislation and processes.
LOCATION - PUNE (HINJEWADI, PHASE-3)
SHIFT TIMING - 1PM TO 11PM
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - 1-3 YEARS
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing:
- Support weekly and monthly payroll runs for UK employees.
- Input and maintain accurate payroll data in HR/payroll systems
- Respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare basic payroll reports and maintain payroll trackers.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of UK payroll processes and tax regulations.
- Strong numerical and data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP desirable).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines
