Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven UK Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for UK-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in UK hiring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for UK-based roles across IT/Non-IT domains.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and close positions within defined TAT.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure high-quality submissions.
