Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced UKG Business Analyst with a deep understanding of UKG/Kronos systems implementations. This is a 6-12 month day rate contract, plus extentions, with a hybrid working model within the Melbourne CBD.

The Role

As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in successfully implementing time, attendance and scheduling systems. This position requires a strategic thinker and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the go-live of the Time and Attendance system
  • Assist with system testing to ensure optimal performance
  • Gather and document requirements for time and attendance and scheduling
  • Enhance the existing BA team's understanding of UKG complexities
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for stakeholders
