Job Description
A UKG Pro WFM consultant's job involves implementing and configuring UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions, including timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring the system, troubleshooting issues, developing reports, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates often need experience with SQL, Dell Boomi, and various UKG Pro modules, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities
- Implementation and configuration: Deploy and configure UKG Pro WFM modules, such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Attendance, to meet client requirements.
- Requirements gathering and analysis: Work with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend system improvements.
- System design and development: Develop custom reports, Hyper-finds, and Data Views using tools like BIRT Studio or UKG Workforce Analytics.
