Job Description:
  • The UKG Pro WFM Solution Architect will lead the recovery, redesign, and optimization of UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations.
  • This role focuses on stabilizing in-flight migrations, eliminating legacy technical debt, and defining scalable functional and technical architectures aligned with healthcare compliance and labor regulations.
    • Requirement/Must Have:
  • Extensive experience with UKG Workforce Management solutions.
  • Strong background in healthcare workforce management environments.
  • Proven ability to stabilize or rescue complex, in-progress system migrations.
  • Deep expertise in pay rules, accrual logic, and advanced scheduling.
    • Experience:
  • 12+ years of UKG Workforce Management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with both Kronos/UKG iSeries and UKG Pro WFM.
  • Experience working with complex labor rules, premiums, and union environments.
