Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm PH Time

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer UKG Timekeeping, Accruals, and Advanced Scheduling (Forecasting not required).
• Provide analytics support, particularly with Data Hub exposure.
• Troubleshoot system incidents effectively and provide timely resolution.
• Support system upgrades and updates by testing and implementing UKG releases.
• Act as the point of contact for end user, Payroll, and HR Admin queries.
• Investigate timecard issues, especially on payroll days.
• Offer expert advice and support for rostering-related queries.
