We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), specifically across Timekeeping, Accruals, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will have full project lifecycle experience—from requirements gathering and configuration to deployment and post-go-live support—and hold certification in at least one UKG Pro WFM module.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Integrations).
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy UKG Pro WFM solutions according to best practices and client specifications.
• Manage and support system integrations using Dell Boomi or similar middleware tools.
• Provide expertise in time management, accrual policies, and data integration.
• Facilitate client workshops, testing sessions, and training activities.
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (or UKG Dimension) implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Timekeeping and Accruals modules.
• Experience with integration tools, ideally Dell Boomi.
• Proven track record managing full project lifecycles from discovery to go-live.
• Certification in at least one UKG Pro WFM module (Timekeeping, Accruals, or Integration).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
