We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) , specifically across Timekeeping, Accruals, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will have full project lifecycle experience—from requirements gathering and configuration to deployment and post-go-live support—and hold certification in at least one UKG Pro WFM module.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Integrations).
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy UKG Pro WFM solutions according to best practices and client specifications.
• Manage and support system integrations using Dell Boomi or similar middleware tools.
• Provide expertise in time management, accrual policies, and data integration.
• Facilitate client workshops, testing sessions, and training activities.
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (or UKG Dimension) implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Timekeeping and Accruals modules.
• Experience with integration tools, ideally Dell Boomi.
• Proven track record managing full project lifecycles from discovery to go-live.
• Certification in at least one UKG Pro WFM module (Timekeeping, Accruals, or Integration).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
