Roles & Responsibilities


● Providing technical support and respond for incoming queries related to HRM software (uKnowva)


● Handling the Tickets related to IT Technical Issues, ensure that all issues are properly logged, categorising and prioritising as per the defined TAT



● Understanding & Detailing user issues, answering on phone calls, writing replies to emails & executing the services



● Take ownership of problems and follow up on the status of problems on behalf of the customer and communicate progress on time.



● Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams & manager



● Basic knowledge of SQL and EXCEL


● Proper understanding of the client's requirements


● Understanding PHP code will be an added advantage
