We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients at their production lines.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing remote support via telephone or email,
• Identifying and correcting tooling setup problems on the client's production line,

This role requires individuals with strong electro/mechanical skills who can read and interpret design and layout drafting as well as troubleshoot equipment at field level. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of technical experience in addition to good communication skills both written and oral form.
