Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for after-sales technical support and on-site service (installation, maintenance, repair) of color ultrasound Products;
2. Responsible for establishing, managing and training the service team of channel providers;
3, Timely and effective to provide technical support to customers, to solve customer problems and complaints;
4. Collected feedback on regional customer demand and product improvement suggestions, participated in regional service process improvement and service brand building, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Job requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics or related.
2.With good communication skills and customer service awareness, strong sense of responsibility,strong team spirit;
3.Technical support or field service experience of well-known medical imaging enterprises is preferred
