Undercover Security Officer

Overview

As an Undercover Security Guard with Securiguard, you7ll be a frontline ambassador of safety and trust in the retail environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, proactive, and committed to protecting people, property, and reputations. Working as part of a collaborative team, you7ll use investigative techniques, real-time surveillance, and strong customer service to help reduce theft and loss, while promoting a welcoming and secure environment for staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring for suspicious behavior through static surveillance to prevent theft and other security risks.
• Apprehending and safely detaining shoplifters when necessary, including making arrests where required, in accordance with legal and company protocols.
• Write professional security reports with a strong command of the English language.
