Responsibilities

  • Processing customer loan application forms and documents to determine eligibility.
  • Liaise with customers by phone and email regarding the status of their application and for additional information required.
  • Liaise with the onshore team for information and documents related to the loan application.
  • Understanding all the business products.
  • Updating account information and maintaining customer records.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analyze and verify loan applications, financial statements, credit reports, and other supporting documentation to assess creditworthiness and risk.
