Responsibilities
- Processing customer loan application forms and documents to determine eligibility.
- Liaise with customers by phone and email regarding the status of their application and for additional information required.
- Liaise with the onshore team for information and documents related to the loan application.
- Understanding all the business products.
- Updating account information and maintaining customer records.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analyze and verify loan applications, financial statements, credit reports, and other supporting documentation to assess creditworthiness and risk.
