Underwriter (Freelance) Reports To Operations Manager. Job Overview The individual in this role will join our underwriting team to help push project sales. This person will succeed by maintaining project flow with a little to no error in processing all documents related to Residential & Commercial solar projects. Responsibilities and Duties - Maintain Zoho CRM updated with current project status. - Keep Sighten deals up to date in Zoho CRM. - Process and prepare for approval solar projects in NTP, M1 and M2 Milestones. - Project Management work and follow up on all live projects - Account management and report generation - Tracker creation and upkeep - Run Title checks on properties to ensure the contracts are signed by a valid agent. - Perform UCC1 Filings. - Run solar design simulation through Open Solar Software
