Underwriting Analyst

About the Role

Insurance underwriting generates vast amounts of data, but raw data doesn't drive better decisions—structured analysis does. We need an Underwriting Analyst who can bridge the gap between complex portfolio metrics and actionable insights, turning Combined Ratio trends, retention patterns, and pricing signals into clear narratives that shape underwriting strategy. You'll work directly with the Head of Underwriting to build the analytical infrastructure that keeps our portfolio performance visible, our decisions informed, and our processes efficient.
