Key Relationships: Underwriters, Brokers, Underwriting Assistants, UCO, and external clients and suppliers.

Job Summary

To assist the team in maintaining efficient underwriting operations processes and providing

customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

Objective of the role

• To provide support and assistance to underwriting operations quality checking policy documents, and other operational documents
• Triage broker and underwriter feedback on quality
• To provide effective reporting on quality
• To establish good internal and external relationships with clients and stakeholders
