Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and review operational processes to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee staff performance and provide guidance to meet departmental goals.
- Conduct underwriting and risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and internal benchmarks.
- Maintain records in compliance with company policies.
- Provide technical support and advice to relevant parties.
- Prepare and provide quotations.
- Check and send policies and endorsements, including coinsurance via the Central Administrative Bureau (CAB) system.
