Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, and review operational processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Oversee staff performance and provide guidance to meet departmental goals.
  • Conduct underwriting and risk assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and internal benchmarks.
  • Maintain records in compliance with company policies.
  • Provide technical support and advice to relevant parties.
  • Prepare and provide quotations.
  • Check and send policies and endorsements, including coinsurance via the Central Administrative Bureau (CAB) system.
