POSITION SUMMARY:
The of role Head of Undewriting is dynamic and strategic. The position is crucial for leading the underwriting function and developing underwriting strategies across both Individual and Group lines of business to ensure profitable growth and effective insurance risk management. The Head of Underwriting will develop and implement underwriting policies, guidelines and standards while ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives. This role will require close collaboration with leaders across branch offices in the Philippines to drive innovation and enhance underwriting capabilities.
In addition to the core underwriting responsibilities, the head of underwriting will play a vital role in implementing and overseeing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance measures within the underwriting process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's deree in Business, Finance, Insurance or related field
