Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, document, and maintain best practice operational processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Support the Operations Director in identifying and implementing process improvements. Manage and oversee reporting requirements for binding authorities, including BDX, exposure data, ELTO returns, and compliance reporting.
