Underwriting Operations Specialist

Overview

The Underwriting Operations Specialist will process new business submissions, clearance, and renewals. The role will be responsible for ensuring all verified data required for the policy set up is received and processed according to time service standards and established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing submissions to ensure alignment with risk appetite and business strategy.
• File and maintain all incoming broker submission emails and related documents in ImageRight policy folders ensuring accuracy and organization
• ImageRight folder structure design and creation
• Prepares renewals for processing: gather loss experience. Correspond with underwriters, brokers and agents to obtain additional account information or relay account status
• Assist underwriters with processing and assembly of quotes, binders, premium booking, and endorsements
