Underwriting Process Analyst

The role holder collaborates closely with underwriting teams, operations, and regional stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

The position will report to the Underwriting Operations Manager of the EMEA Underwriting Centre.

Main Responsibilities

• Process Analysis and Evaluation : conduct comprehensive assessments of underwriting processes across various countries and lines of business, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, deviations from standard processes, and areas for improvement.
• Standardization and Best Practices : develop and implement standardized procedures and workflows to ensure consistent and efficient underwriting operations across all countries and lines of business at the Underwriting Center.
