Underwriting Quality Specialist

Join Zurich Insurance as an Underwriting Quality Specialist and contribute to underwriting excellence across our Global Commercial Property‑Casualty business.

What you will do

• Provide assurance that the underwriting business operates efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with agreed rules and frameworks.
• Manage relationships between local and central operations, including risk‑based assessment, identification, monitoring and continual improvement activity.
• Act as liaison between Market Facing and Technical Underwriting teams, assisting referral dialogue where appropriate.
• Participate in and lead reviews, facilitating the Technical Underwriting Review process.
• Ensure underwriting quality review procedures exist, are appropriate and supported by development and maintenance strategies.
